Sandy Stefano has been in the sales/business development profession for over 28 years and is the managing principal for Sandler Training – Upstate New York affiliate.
Sandy graduated from Excelsior College/ SUNY Cortland and completed certificate studies from the New York State School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University. Prior to joining Sandler Training, she was a consultant for a local human resource consulting firm and sold durable and capital medical equipment for two medical distributors in Central New York.
Sandy’s direct, empathetic and nurturing style allows her to relate to each client’s business development and client service needs; establishing an accountability program for the specific behaviors, along implementation of the Sandler strategies and tactics that will result in professional success.
